As the name says, You just need to dial a TOLL FREE number from your landline or even Mobile, a computerized system will ask you to say what you want to know. It will be recognized by voice recognisation system. However, if computer is not able to recognize your query, you will soon be connected with a person.
Yes you will be connected to a human answering your queries. Just ask him any query, any phone number, any location and he/she will be most happy to help you out. Hey, Best part -: all this is completely free (not even call charges since number is toll free even from you mobile).
