found a page on the excluded countries. Egypt and Sudan aren't listed so they should work. http://www.rebtel.com/en/Footer-link-pages/Legal-information/Offers/ I think prices are cheap and the quality great!

Yes, i found the quality to be really good, compared to nonoh. Nonoh is not bad, but sometimes the quality is good, sometimes it isn't.

@tgk20: It does seem to let you call at Sudan and Egypt too. I called a number in Egypt and it rang. Also called the US embassy in Sudan, and it gave a busy signal. Rebtel didn't restrict me from making the 10 minute call to either of the countries. I tried the following number for Sudan: +249 183774701 (US embassy)
