I have been using nonoh to make calls to India. The website is www.nonoh.net. No downloading is required. It only cost Euro 2 cents per minute to call a cell phone in India. It is cheaper to call a cell number than a landline (by 0.5 cents). Calling number in the free areas (e.g. Malaysia) is free. Calls using nono are on phone to phone but you will have to initiate the calls through a computer. Quality of the calls especially to India is good.
Quick Tip:
Calling a cell phone number is cheaper if you are calling India

i agree that nonoh has some of the best rates of any provider. many of there rates are less than the wholesale rates offered by the same company(betamax) through their voicetrading division. i only wish that they will soon offer SIP access so that i can intergrate into my PBX.
