Audited

I filed my NYS taxes in January. I received a letter saying I was being audited and needed to mail back information. I faxed it back in March. I called today and they said it was received in Mid April and it will take up to 90 days from that date. Wow a month later.Has anyone received a refund or any info back after being audited?
