My daughter made $13,056 last year and owes the IRS $526. I think one of her employers did not withhold the correct federal tax amounts. Does anyone know where I can find a 2010 withholding tax table? All I can find is 2011

my wife worked a job for a few months. her gross was $5000.00 her Fed withholding was $40.00. How many exemptions must she have claimed as married for that to be correct. she doesn't know/remember what she put down....if anything ??

Recently recieved a promotion, of about 10,000 yr. however recieved my firsy paycheck and after being eaten alive by taxes. Only see about 150.00 dollars extra, for a two week period. Would i be better off raising my IRA %to reduce my taxable income. And is there a calculator or chart for a series of wages, with different percentages that are deducted for those wages. So as to make a educated decision as to how much to put into your IRA. To ultimately recieve the most money i can on my paychecks ?????
