I'm from Bloomfield,Ct.. However, I always visit the Dunkin Donuts store# 349756 which is located in Southwick, Ma.. The staff there are very courteous and friendly.The Donuts there as well as all other baked goods are always very good and fresh. I travel to Southwick several times a week,From my residence and we have several Dunkin Donut shops in the area. But after being at all of them I prefer the Dunkin Donut shop#349756 in Southwick,Ma. for whatever baked goods i'd like to purchase.

I am an attourney at law.First of all I have heard that poeople are being video recorded without their knowledge and then written up this is illegal.The right to privacy act has been violated.Not sending w-2 and I-9 forms in for 2 months is also illegal.And everywhere, health violation.Using chlorine on the dishes,then proceeding to use cleaning buckets to dethaw bagels when he runs out (Joe).Somebody could get foodpoining, the germs and bacterias could be severe if eaten .Then not using gloves to grab the food-dohnuts,unsanitary.Under the whileblowers law ,if retalliation is taken against my client in the form of harrasment or termination for this report I will be forced to do the same and file a discrimination lawsuit against Dunkindonuts and persue of the legal process!Something should be done about this my client is bipolar and adhd,he has been subject to a hostile work inviroment and wrongfully susspended without pay.A man with children to he is obligated to support I hope the right thing is done and they terminate the proper partie involved! Thankyou

Very friendly. I enjoy going every morning, the employees are very tentative.

Lately every time I go to to the Dunkin Donut it has been an absolute total disaster.My orders are constantly wrong. Then I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes on a friday when I am very busy my self and dont have time to wait. I came in and they didnt have enough change to give me.I said you owe me!There was more than sufficient money in the tip jar why not use that,I asked cause I was in a hurry and didnt want to be rude to the crowd of already agitated people behind me.A girl named Jess yelled back to Joe the manager and hewas in the office,and shouted back,we cant do that Jess!I was so frusturated I just walked out.As I did I see the manager walk out not realizing I was still there,he sees me gives me a dirty look then puts his head down like he was embarresed infront of the other customers.Well he should be because thats really unprofessional what he did.BAD BUSINESS!

I just had to comment on the great muffins I love the extra sugar as of late. The bagels are so fresh and the muffins so golden makes my mouth water just thinking about it.I could go for one right now mmm!They always seem fresher on the weekdays why is that?Maybe they are just too busy on the weekends and don,t take as much time on quality.Thats why I only come on the weekdays its less busy.On the weekends my orders get screwed up some times.Karen K

We went to store 303607 in Pottsville. They are the greatest. They powdered my donuts for me. i wanted my iced coffee a certain way and Dani and Kathleen were very helpful and friendly making it the way I like it. Everyone at that store is terrific. Best in the county

342184 Everyone is talking about the horrible manager Joe.He messed up my order several times.He had complete lack of respect for me and my children.He talks on the phone during crowds of rush.I overheard him demeaning one of his employees right infront of everone out front.Telling him to clock out and go home.Then to go to the back cause he knew what he did was wrong.I am given constant dirty looks.I come there to get a bagel and coffee sometimes more.The fresh baked goods have been exellent the past 2 months much fresher and soft.Love the new extra sugar on the muffins lately genius.The only reason I come back after bad treatment and service that I have been given lately.He also counts money right out in the open dangerous for me my kids and customers,very unsafe,Please do something or I will be forced to go elsewhere!Thanks your regular customer.

I go into Dunkin Donuts every morning Monday thru Friday and I have to say that the girls that work at this particular store (including the manager) are the best!They are polite and quick and they know exactly how I like my morning coffee! I have a favorite though and her name is Desiree!! She's quick, knows exactly what I like and she has an awesome sense of humor. Thanks Desi!!!!!!!

We were visiting from Canada and were really impressed with our first visit to Dunkin Donuts, we will definitely try other stores when we return to U.S.A. Four years ago I moved away. Every Sat. and Sun. I would go to my DD where the same crew was there for years. The store has a family and friendly spirit, is spotless and the coffee is great. I can't say this about all the DDs I've been to. Today I stopped in where I was remembered by the staff. A special place.

I go to the Dunkin Donuts on Frankford Avenue near Knight's Road in Philadelphia Monday through Friday. The manager, Melissa always greets me with a smile and always asks me how I am. Each day we have a very pleasant conversation which always makes the remainder of my day special. I look forward to visiting daily because of Melissa and all of the early morning crew. There is also a regular crowd of guests that gathers at this franchise that makes my visit a joy. I don't know all the other lady's names, but they all know my order and as soon as I enter everything I usually get is brought out and put on the counter.
