Target offers general merchandise and food discount stores in the United States and also online at target.com. If you bought any items from one of the Target stores or through their website target.com, you might notice a survey option at the bottom of their receipt.

Target Survey is offered through their website www.target.com/survey. All you need to do is submit your email address and then enter your User ID and Password found near the bottom of your receipt.

Once you finish taking the survey, Target will send the lucky winner a $5000 Gift card. My cousin and I both received the gift card last week. Try your luck and take the target survey at target.com/survey
