Jan.22, 2013 I was charged $12.98 for 32 oz. Folgers coffee. Twice too much. What I saved on other purchases took away on the over charge. I will certainly think twice shopping there again.

I recently shopped at Sam's club in Egg Harbor township New Jersey. As I stood in one of the checkout lines I was called to another checkout location by a chashier named Barbara. At the time I was not totally familiar with using a check to make my purchase.Barbara patiently explained the proceedure. I was impressed by her friendly manner,and her looking for work, instead of waiting for work to come to her.

On Saturday Sept. 28th I had a bad experiance with our cake we ordered and picked up from the Sams Club in SLC Utah...called the store..reported incident...was told they would report to bakery mgr..get back to me..Never happened...called the store survey (by the way..that is a nightmare in itself!!) filled out complaint...was told I would hear back in 24 hours..gees..that was 3 days ago... still waiting for that call...needless to say...my feelings still stand...will not order another cake from Sams club...or recommend them to anyone ever!!!..very happy I still have our Costco card!!11

I have had Sams Club memberships before and just replaced my Costco membership with a Sams membership because store was closer to home. I have to tell you I was very disappointed with the North Charleston, SC store. The vitamin selection is terrible. All the other stores have had a great selection and good prices. I am so sorry I changed my membership.

The incident occurred at the SAMS in Columbus Georgia. I was entering the store when a male employee pushed a shopping cart into my leg. I asked the lady (Patrica) to report the incident to the manager. She only grined as if the incident was humorous. I then asked where the managers office was and she refused to tell me. I found the office and the prick in the office acted as if it was no big deal. I told him that I was 74 years of age and it was no laughing matter to me. Maybe you should inform you employees of the Georgia law on elderly abuse. Maybe you should read it yourself. Under the law you can't even in- sult an elder person!! SAM needs to have com- plaint forms avail- able for customers to render written complaints.

My husband and I enjoy going to Sams. We go all the way from Edenton, N.C. We try to stock up as much as possible according to what we need. I's a nice outing for us, but it's also a long ways for us to buy grocerys. No problems when we've been there so far. Linda Evans

My husband and I were in the Tupelo store this weekend.We pulled up to park and sat there a minute while I enjoyed my skinny latte from that famous coffee store. As we both closed our car doors, we realized that the keys were inside the car. An expression of dread came over us. We were trying to decide what we were going to do to solve this problem. Then I remembered we were at Sam's and they would help us. I went to Tammy and she had me a wire hanger to unlock my car in no time. She dropped everything to help me.I had never been so happy to see a wire hanger!!! While my knight in shining armor unlocked the car, I shopped to my heart's content. My wife and I shop at Sam's in Frederick, Maryland, Mgr. Ronald Epps. We are impressed with the operations of the store that is orderly, clean and interestingly stocked. Kudos to the manager and staff.

I shop at several Walmart locations in Florida. The worst experience is at the Hialeah Florida Location facing I-95. 98% of the employees are hispanic and many speak little or no English at all. You would think that management would have enough common sense to at the very least place a bi-lingual person who comprehends English at the cash register check out!! NO. They prefer to have Americans suffer in line while the cashier hunts down a manager to interpret for them.. This store makes no effort to hire Americans. A close friend of mine told me his wife who happens to be an American of Hispanic descent was denied a position at this Walmart because she didn't speak spanish. Management here is clueless. They need to dump their human resource people or whoever does the hiring and Replace these failures with an intelligent creature. They also changed the entire store layout right before the holidays. It took me almost 3 hours to accomplish a simple 45 minute grocery trip. This store is located closest to my home. I have shopped here since it opened, and it has gone down hill ever since. Tom

While shopping at one of your Sam"s stores I heard the person named above being very disrespectful to several employees. I don't know what makes her think she can talk to your employees in the manner that did. I think you need to give her a course about treating people with respect.
