You should have a 1-800 number to call like the old times that some stores still have. It's terrible that as the future progresses we're forced to use computers. I don't like that. I don't have a computer and I don't care to have one. After working with a computer all day long that's the last thing I want to see when I go home. Can you please put a 1-800 number on the telephone so that I can call and they can give me a coupon number. I'm sure many people will agree with this. Thank you.

I was in the Golf Mill JCPenney store women's and bedding twice in the past month. Dahlia was extremely helpful. What a wonderful salesperson! The first time, I had so many purchases and she went to customer service for me to get a box. The second time, I did not have the $10.00 off coupon for $25.00 or more she returned all the other purchases I had just made in the jewelry department and put them together with the clothes I just bought, so I could use the coupon she had. What a caring person. She is an asset to your store!!!
