Chili's offer awesome food across america through their Chili's Grill Bar and Restaurant chain. extremely poor service

I just left Chilis on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville Tn.without lunch. I entered the bar and my drink order was immediately taken. After that I watched several customers enter whose lunch orders were taken. I was never asked if I wanted to order lunch or anything else. Approximately 25 minutes later I left the money for my drink and left Chilis. I have been a customer of this restaurant many times as I only live about 3 miles away. I will not be a future customer. This is the first time I have ever felt the need to post a comment on anything.

I have been eating at Chili's for many years now. Being Military I have visited Chili's from the East Coast to the West Coast... they are always friendly and Great FOOD! They always seem to have the BEST SERVERS!! I am back in Ms now and Visit at least once a week ... I am addicted to them :-) CODY is the BEST SERVER EVER!! Keep up the good work Chili's!! My only complaint is .. Does anyone ever win that survey... I must have entered a thousands of times by now!

I just wanted That I ate at the chili's in Edinburg Tx. I am a Ex. Chef and food was great and the service was excellent.I know its difficult to serve great food in a resturant that is a corporate chain because of the was the massive production in the way the food is prepared,however this tasks was accomplished successfully at this chilis kudos to the server and the management team. Job well done.

Chili's Menu

The Chicken Quesadilla's that Chilis had on the Menu for years disappeared sometime about a year ago. I've tried Quesadillas everywhere else, even Mexican Restaurants and Chilis were by far the very best. Chicken, cheese, onions and Jalapenos with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream on the side. The entree also included the red beans & rice. Please consider bringing them back. Our server today was #014 Robert at the Ormond Beach Chili's who recommended that I contact this site. Free meal for veterans

On Nov 11, veterans day I visited Chilis for a free meal. As a veteran I think this was a wonderful gesture on the part of Chilis. No other restaurant that I know of appreciated the service of veterans. The waitress was really wonderful and gracious. Our visit was to the Chilis in Simi Valley, CA. and the waitress's name was Tara. I will now continue to visit Chilis more often. Mel & Louise Edelson

I went to Chili's yestarday with my daughter, grand daughter and my great grand daughter. We were waited on by AUNDRA HERMAN. I can't remember ever getting service that good and I know I've never had better service. The food was served in the time we expected and was delicious. We ordered Fajitas and they were excellent. I know I would be proud to recommend Chili's to anyone who would like a suggestions on a place to eat. WE were there tonight for a birthday dinner for our 7 year old grandson and I could not say enough how well we were treated from calling to make sure we could all be seated and bring our own cake to meeting us at the door to our tables and the service to the end. The food was great and very well displayed on our plates the service so freindly and when it came for the cake it was brought out so nicely and the singing was beautiful our grand son was really surprised. We loved it,Everything was great, especially the Onion rings.The waiter was curtious and pleasant, even the manager came to say hello and welcomed us, since this was our first visit to Chilis. We will certainly go back and enjoy the food over and over again.We thought Chillis was for the young set , My husband and I are 80 and 83 and we loved it

Although 6 of us were very disappointed that the baby back ribs were not ready in the kitchen, by this time at 12:45 p.m.we thought they should have been.So we all had to order second choices.Service for our group of 11 held much to be desired. From the time we were served our beverages until the orders were taken was well over 10 mins.and then our wait person returned to tell us the ribs were'nt ready & it was another while before the second order was taken. We had to ask for refills of our beverages.This is only the second time Chilis has disappointed us.

All i can say is wow i just left Chili's and the food was beyond great but wait not just the food the service was also great yes im going back to Chili's i think im addicted to Chili's now.
