You do not need birth date, cell number or any other personal information. Store number 0381 is run very well. When there are sales, there is always enough cashiers so the wait to check out is not too bad. On this particular day, the sales help in the picture frame department was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to try to accommodate me. She should be given a bonus. I feel that she treats all of her customers as though they are special. I was there around 4:30 p.m. On a whole, everyone who works at this store is always very helpful.

Shopped at store 0441 and was very pleased with the service. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. I did not do the survey because I consider my cell phone private information and do not give out that information on surveys. I have been a Kohl's customer for many years and enjoy shopping there.

Love this store. Amazing sales and the employees are always helpful. The store can be messy at times but when im in there i see how inconsiderate the other customers can be just throwing clothes on the floor and making a mess so i feel for the employees and see them doing there best to maintain. I am handicapped and need a cart to push or a wheel chair, the young gentleman saw that I needed help and asked me what I needid if he could help me, I explained to him and told him I would just come another time, he said if u will just give me a minute I will be right back, bless his heart, he bought me a pust cart, I was so happy, I call that supreme customer service. i am a constant Kohl's customer. I am disappointed that so often I am not able to find slacks in the petite dept in a size 4. Every other size but that one.

I just visited store #0327 looking for jeans and cargo pants size 40 X 28 or 29. I could not find a single pair of 40 X 28 or 29 jeans and only one pair of cargo pant ssize 40 x 30. Do you people not carry pants for mature men who have waist lines of 40 and above?
