I was very surprised to find that my drivers liscense came up invalid when the cashier tried to put it into the system for my new credit card. The cashier and the manager and NOW CUSTUMER SERVICES CAN NOT GIVE MY AN ANSWER. I have the same 5 diget no. that i have always had and lived in the area for 58 yrs??????????

I alway thought Kohl's would be out of my price range...but that isn't so. I stop in every Saturday to check out their specials and clearance. I love their discounts when I use your Kohl's card and the cash back is fun the next time I shop. I am not a petite woman, their Woman's area has the cutest clothes for plus size women. My favorite dept. in the whole store is the jewelry, the ladies there know my tastes and let me know whats new. They have jewelry for everyone and the price's can't be beat. The quality of their merchandise is above the top and their price's can't be matched. Their return policy is great, I don't have to worry about saving my recepts when I use my Kohl's card. I have found the employees to be very friendly, helpful and they are always smiling, I believe they enjoy their jobs. They also have a terrific store manager, Melanie gets in their working the registers, stocking merchandise and helping customers. It is fun shopping there. Christmas earns them 5-stars, I find everything I want for gifts and get myself a little trinket as well. My whole family are Kohl's shoppers. Thank You Sharon Palmer

I am an avid Kohl'c shopper. i love the store, the prices and the great customer service. I am disappointed that they have discontinued the pratice of paying one third of the balance to avoid the finance charge. It was a definite selling point to use your Kohl's charge.

I recently visited your store in Prescott Valley, AZ, Store #1089. I wanted to buy new bras. I have worn the same size & style for several years. The merchandise rack was completely out of order. Styles and sizes were all over the rack. I found one package on one side of the rack and another on the opposite side. There was no clerk working in that department to help me. I did mention the problem to the cashier and she suggested I take the survey. In addition to the disorganization, I was given a slip on which to submit my Email address, in return I would get $5.00 discount. Didn't happen. Cashier either didn't know or forgot. Unfortunatly I did not realize the error until I checked receipt 45 miles away. Please address this problem.

I am a Canadian citizen that shops alot in the USA. On a recent visit to Bangor, I made a purchase on my Kohl's credit card that had been offered to me on a previous visit to get my 15% discount. When I received the card, I was told that if I made a purchase all I had to do would be to go to any cashier to make a payment on my card.Well, when I went to make a payment, - 1st. of all, I was told that you do not take Visa on account. I asked if you would take canadian currency and the answer I got was NO! I was told that payment had to be either cheque or US funds. I asked the cashier where the nearest bank was and she told me that she did not know where there was a bank. Fortunately for me, the lady behind me gave me directions to the nearest bank (which took me approx. 30 mins. return to get enough US funds to pay my account. THIS WAS A VALUABLE LESSON LEARNED. If my Visa is not good enough to pay my account, it is not good enough to make a purchase, therefore, I have no need for a Kohl's credit card.Kohl's credit card holder- Albert Murphy

I like the packaging Kohl's came up with .Anybody can be stylish without being expensive.Though I have been overcharged last December.It is forgivable but I hope they will be more keen in the future. What happen is that I bought a dozen of undies for my kid.When I went home to check it,they charged me with 14 pcs.(Even after checking all my purchased items.Good thing that I availed their promo discounts).The aforementioned could be an isolated case but it did not happened to me before(not even in grocery stores).

I have always had good service at this Kohls store and the personnel has always been very helpful, polite, respectful and friendly. Usually the store is pretty well picked up, but yesterday it was bad. I wondered if they had let all the Christmas help go, there weren't enough folks to keep things cleaned up. The toy isle was completely blocked (I raised 5 children and they were not allowed to play with store toys, much less throw them all over the floor - what's wrong with those parents?) In the clothing departments there were clothes all over the floor, with personnel trying their best to pick it up, but, just too few personnel. By and large, I like Kohls, but after Christmas - not so much.

POS register associate Michelle V. was able to clarify multiple pricing questions in an efficient and pleasant manner. She was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. She enhanced my shopping experience this a.m. Dept. sales associate Debbie B. in Jewelry, was also efficient and pleasant in her sale of a sterling chain to me (a male customer). She removed the cross I had on my old chain and reattached it to my new sterling chain. In addition, she assisted me in putting the new chain around my neck. She did all of these tasks in a customer-friendly fashion. No other customer was delayed while she performed these tasks. I truly appreciated her going above and beyond in making the sale and my shopping experience a positive one. KUDO'S TO BOTH ASSOCIATES!!!

I went to Kohls today for the deal on spending $10 for every $50. I bought 4 gift cards for $100 a piece but they would not honor the $10 for every $50 you send. What a rip off. I will get gift cards next year somewhere else.

Iam a dedicated Kohl's customer,visiting Moore,OK from Washington state and i have never had an employee like Nancy help me before.She went above and beyond anything i have ever experenced from shopping anywhere. The Kohl's store in my home town doesn't even give me this special treatment and they see me all the time. I had never known Nancy until today. She was swamped in customer service but when it was my turn for help she greeted me with a smile and was very polite and cheerful. She is extremely knowledgeable and kept the line moving as quickly as she could. I commend you on having an employee like her. You hire quality people for your quality store and she is tops.

I, too, am a Senior, age 80, unable to stand for any length of time, nor can I walk distances, plus my breathing is compromised. Without an electric chair my time spent shopping is limited. Last Saturday, 12-06-09, I needed new slack outfits for a trip to the cold midwest. At store 0636 all register contacts were friendly, but no one available to ask questions in women's dept. In the past there has been a good selection of pants in short length. But none now. Please advise your buyers that there is a few oldsters still around that didn't grow much over 5 feet tall. Thank you.

kohls i love to shop at!The merchandice is very good for every moment,BUT I SEE ONLY smiles that are realy meaningful from employees on the floor.Its wounderful to see that they can work hard and enjoy there work its good but can be greater IF the management can smile like they mean it! well got to love those employees with a sinceof hummer and enjoyment!

I have shopped at the Kohl's in Warwick, RI twice this week. Both times I got the same cashier. She was very helpful and very pleasant. I was doing shopping for a Mission toy drive so had many items. She even remembered who I was shopping for on my second visit. The $10 back on each $50 spend also helped me to get more toys for the children. Both times I went I received very good service. My friend took me to Kohls today and I had previously called and requested a certain item. They not only had the item at the customer service desk, but two of them. Their friendliness and helpfulness was truly a blessing. Needless to say, I purchased several items and signed up for a Kohls credit card. I definitely will be back soon.

I shopped at Kohl's this Black Friday. The lines for the registers were very long. However it was amazing how fast the lines moved. When I got to the cashier, I could not find my coupon for the additional 15% off. The clerk told me not to worry just bring it in with my receipt and I would get the discount. I did that today at the customer service counter with no problems what so ever. I have shopped at Kohl's for a long time now and will continue to do so. I reccommend Kohl's to everyone. All stores should treat their customers like you do. Thank you!

Ilove it!! The sales people, Carol, Linda, Brenda, Leo,cashiers Tracy and Irene and of course the management David Perez, Bavash, Kathy and Michele at the courtesy counter are all wonderful people and so very pleasant and helpful no matter what you're looking for. I do most of my shopping there. To Kohl's management keep up the good work!

Store is very friendly, likes to accomodate in any way they can. will take you to find a product you ask about. Very close to home and I love the 55% discounts and then use the scratch off discount. I love saving money and this makes me feel that my shopping is profitable by saving as well as getting good product.

Yesterday I shopped Kohls looking for a black skirt. The clerk was able to show me 3! She said they don't have many skirts this year. I'm a 77yr, woman who doesn't like to wear slacks all the time. Com on give us some "lady" clothes!

Today I was doing some early Christmas shopping at Kohl's with my granddaughters' wish list in hand and had no luck finding anything on their lists! I found a clerk (manager) and asked for help---she took me to several departments to help me look and then went on-line to look up the items on my list. She then submitted my order and gave me the phone to give information for sending my order to my home! All this help and free shipping as the store did not have the things I needed in stock!!!! I am astonished at the great help I had!!!! Thank you, Colete Tierney of the Avon, Ohio Kohl's!!!!!!

On Tuesday we shopped at Kohls to take advantage of their 50% off sale. Being a senior citizen we also had an additional 15% discount. I saved $133.27. But just as important, I had a lot of pain in my leg and found it difficult to walk. The cashier called for a wheel-chair and then left and got it herself. She was so wonderful, caring, pleasant and helpful. When we couldn't find an item another clerk called for someone and immediately a gentleman met us in the isle and found what we were looking for. We are difinately going to be regular Kohls customers from now on. Their store is beautiful, clean,and orderly.

I am disabled and as a shopper at Kohls I must limit my time in the store. I would love to shop more but there are no electric carts to use. I would love for Kohls to impliment them in your stores. I also have friends and relatives who are in the same situation. I would love to hear feedback on this. Thanks for anything that can be done by the VIPS at the corporate level. I am an avid shopper and can afford to do my own shopping but Kohls is close by and the convience is wonderful. I would love to have feedback from any other shoppers who are in the same situation. last 3 weeks, K-cup selections have been down. need to replenish the choices, especially the hazlenut flavor. K-Cups are hott!!!
