I like to personally thank Mr. Isaac (Zak) Vega for his assistance, patience and dedication to customer service. My prior experience at Home Depot hasn't always been pleasant. To tell the truth it's been agravating and frustrating but on November 8,2009 for the first time I encountered Mr. Isaac Vega whom change my opinion on how Home depot provides customer service. He is an exemplary employee and an asset to your company.

OUR SANDY,UT. store is great.Every time I go there for supplies or products your personnel make me feel like FAMILY,kind, friendly,and helpful(good thing I have a nice family), actually I look forward to visiting there when I need something.Sometimes it seems I am there so often that they need to put a visitors chair there with my name on it,hey that would be a great commercial, a row of directors chairs for neighbors and friends, and myself, with a MITCH and other names on the backs of the chairs! She was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and most helpful.Because of her I may now become THE Home Depot shopper. Her name is Rita and she works in the San Ramon store. First, staff was not knowledgable about sink installation replacement. They recommended things I did not need and then the sink would not fit. Second,the installer said "oh wel ,you will have to get someone to come ands cut the hole square and my insurance won't let me do that.,and with that he walked away and left me with no water or sink in the kitchen for two whole days. I did get the hole cut(cost extra)and then he installed it,but after about 2 hours, I found water under sink and he had left a leak. Also, the high end faucet is not all there. The liquid dispenser pump wiggles all around and is missing a gasket or somethuing. Wouldn't you think a sink installer would know that? I will have to contact maker and either get a fix or replacement. Meanwhile I cannot use the thing. I guess HD says "You can do it." and thats what they mean. But I do not know how to do it, and thats why I went to HD. Maybe you wil not read these, and where is the survey,anyway? If no one stands behind their claims, how can you ever want to purchase anything from you? I had a perfectly good sink that worked very well, and now... Well. Can't find the survey page - so don't waste my time tempting me with a gift card! The storm door I ordered is wonderful and the guy that installed it was great, but subcontracted by HomeDepot. The kid that took my information at the Monroeville store was an idiot. My guess would be he kinda knows how to work a computer is why he's not working in the plant department.

My wife and I are very pleased with the professional installation of ceramic tile in our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom We would highly recommend Home Depot's Rhyse Boyce and A-WARD TILE, Inc., Brandon Rives. We are thrilled with the competent work by the installers.

I couldn't find the survey. What is the correct link? I really appreciate the fantastic job that Nigel from the Garland, Texas store did on the patio door & screen. Despite some problems with the framing (mine, not his) he went above & beyond the call of duty to remedy these delays. You should be very proud of this conscientious employee. Linda Close

I don;t think anyone from Home Depot had anything to do with putting up the building. TUFF SHED are the people who put it up. From start to finish it took three guys 5 hours to put up a 10x20 shed. Very professional. They worked we watched. NICE JOB GUYS!!

what do you do with all of these comments that say they never found the survey? you have a lot of customers that are expressing dissatisfaction reference the survey. so add me to the list... i too am getting tired of my home depot relationships. Thanks for the opportunity to express how delighted I am with my new laminate flooring. I worked with the Hercules, CA store. The salesman, Ray Ray was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was assisted by June who was also very helpful. The installer, A&S Flooring, was prompt, efficient and professional. All in all it was an experience relatively stressless, and one I can recommend to friends and relatives interested in flooring installation.

We would like to thank Marcus Jackson for going the extra mile in helping us successfully solve the problem of finding a replacement for an exterior electrical fixture. He patiently searched the shelves where the product should have been, was very attentive, made telephone calls to the manufacturer of the product, talked with his peers about their knowledge of possible product location within the store i.e. storeroom, etc. Merchandise search was a success. went to home depot for quote on my new floor i guss the job was too small for them .thy where very unfriendly .i have to pull info from them .!after few moments i left and went to lowes .very sad ! i received no costumer service at all,home depot was always my place to shop ,but now i'm not so sure

Never could find survey, but the two young men who install my kitchen work were polite, and did a very good job. My complain is with the sales floor, I got several different prices for the install, I paid more then what I was quoted by the measuring staff. I have always been happy with Home Depot until lately, its almost they do not hire the right people for the right job. This store is in Overland, Mo., St. Louis County.

Wayne Kirchen, Appliance Specialist at the Home Depot store in Kennewick WA provides outstanding customer service and is a tremendous resource! After shopping at four other competitor stores for a new refridgerator, washer and dryer, we stopped by Home Depot to check on their prices. Home Depot carries a wide selection of appliance brands. We had the very good fortune of working with Wayne Kirchen who is very knowledgeable about all major appliances and helped us select energy efficient and quality appliances. Wayne also made sure that Home Depot gave us the very best price on all of the appliances that we were interested in. We will be sure to seek out Wayne and his expertise the next time we shop at Home Depot! Thank you, Wayne! ~ Susy

I would just like to say that I'm very proud of the Employees at the East Colonial Store. Over the years this store has gone from the NO HELP to the Best Customer Service. I would mostly like to thank you're Pro Desk people for being a great help to me. Anita from the East Colonial Dr. Home Depot was extremley helpful and generous on thursday morning i was in a rush to get to work and needed to have my mdse pulled and paid for. I need to see and make sure that the correct toilet was pulled although there was a very rude employee, Anita manage to help me with my wood flooring that i needed. I know that it's hard now a days for all employees, But having to help a customer with a smile dosen't hurt. THANK YOU for having some wonderful workers like Anita. You did not lose a customer.

It does not surprise me that I couldn't locate the survey. They asked us to respond to service we didn't even get!! The installer who was supposed to do the repair work didn't call or show up. Calls to Home Depot yield no results. I now take all my business to Lowe's. CW, Berlin, MD

something like shopping in the store. Confusing can/t find what you want, and no one to ask. I have had Hollywood, Fl. personnel actually avoid me. I bet they wouldn't do that if I was a contractor spending a lot of money!!!

Will never shopt there aagain after experiance in Colorado Springs Colorado the worst and laziest worker there No check outs open except contractor and self check out> Buying 80 pound bags of concrete and I want to lift up to there scanners. Lowes offers military discount of 10% plus price match of Home Depot guess I will tell my soldiers where to shop from now on. Thank you Lowes
