all i can say is to stay away, i ordered the machine for the trail time. but after i read all the comments about how it bother the knees and back, i have knee and back problems so i did not need something to make it worse.so i e-mail them one day and never heard back from them and the next day i called and the lady said that the machine should be shipped out in three or four days, this is when i told her i wanted to cancel the order. she told me that it was too late to cancel, i asked to speak to her boss, when he got on the phone he also said it was too late to cancel because it had already been shipped, so i asked about the tracking number, he said he did not have one yet, well you know like i know they will not ship anything with out giving a tracking number. my credit card had not been charged until i told them i wanted to cancel the order with in five minutes of this they ran the card through not for the amount of the trial but charged me the whole amount. this company is a rip off, do not buy this from them. they lied to me and now i have to go through the dispute with my credit card company while these people use my money. they told me to send it back but that is going to cost me 50.00 to do that.
