Playstation 3 PS3 Firmware update 2.53 download Should you Update?

Millions of people around the world own a PS3. If you are not owning a PS3, you are literally holding yourself from the most innovative gadget of the 200X. This console is worth your money.

PS3 yesterday released a much awaited PS3 update 2.53. People all over the world downloaded it. However should you update your PSP yet?

There are almost 95% people who are reportedly having no issues with the new Playstation 3 2.53 Update Patch, however the remaining has issues. Mine worked just fine when i downloaded today morning.

However if you are having any issues with the latest PS3 2.53 Upgrade Patch then we suggest you do the following:

1) set your system settings back to Factory default settings.
2) Of course you loose all your settings. You gotta set this up again when your PS3 is backup.
3) Now starts PS3, check the version. If its not 2.53. Connect again to Internet and download the latest 2.53 version.

This should fix most of the PS3 Version Upgrade Issues. If still you Ps3 doesnt work because of the 2.53 upgrade, then you call up sony support. They should be able to assist you.

We would advice you to go ahead and upgrade to 2.53, its a must firmware upgrade patch for PS3.
