voip registration error 32

hi, need to know how can i fix the registartion error 32 while registration on any voip software. thanks

Try this on your on risk.

Goto mycomputer, click on tools, folder options

in folder options go to view tab, then in advance settings under hidden files click on show hidden files and folder and then click on apply.

now goto C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\rsa
their you see a folder s-132-14324324 something like that you have to delete that folder and now u can register.
