HI I`m a new victim. I have been using this program for some time, but just recently I ran out of money and when I went to add more, the option to add more via a credit card was missing, so I had to transfer funds via a bank account. Now when I try to make calls all I get is a (Code:33). I can't make ANY calls now and they have my money. They haven't responded to my emails either. This company is scamming people out of money. Do not use them ever!!!

hello everybody! i've read all the post and i've understood that i was kind of cheated. I installed VoipBuster two weeks ago, i credited my account through a bank transfer, i even received the invoice from Betamax, but, when trying to make calls i received an error message: "The other party ended the call due to an unkown error.". Then, in the "History" tab, when following the link "more info" it appears "General Error (Code :33)". All he people that have written on this forum must know exactly what I'm talking about. Please do not trust this company. Choose Skype! It is much better! Best thing we can do is move on and forget about it. It is just a scam...

I was facing this problem in my old account too which in opened in Venezuela, then i opend a new account with all new details cellno, address, country and all after coming to Singapore but still facing the same problem. I am a student in Germany and have met the same problem as well. Even worse is that two of my Voipstunt Accounts fail to make any call out. More than 30 euros is there!  :-((

I hope that we victims can make complaints together to force the company solve the problem as soon as possible!

How do you suggest we F betamax? Should we hack their systems? Run a DOS attack? The thing is that would hurt the current betamax customers. I have no problem with them. My suggestion: Just do not use betamax. Use other providers. When you look at it that way it all really simple. There are over 2000 VOIP providers out there. There are quite a few with very good rates. Just pretend that there is no such company as betamax and get on with it.

I'm having the same problem: I can't make phone calls with none of the voip clients. I tried to buy credit, it's impossible. Then, I tried to create another account, that's also impossible. Hello To All, we are students & living in different cities in germany we've problem with betamax for the last 2 years our account were blocked without any reason our account have enough money to call. we have contacted via email, messages, telephones personally visit but no one gives us a positive answer even the office address which is showing on different Voip serivices like (lowratevoip, voipwise, Nonoh, internetcalls, voipstunt, voipbuster etc..) is wrong. so you all becarefull to buy a credit from this Fraud company Betamax. We are putting a case against BEtamax so if someone of you have already infected by this company then please contact to the lawyer, or whatever you can do. We have here a office name Verbraucher Zentrale we went there with our all bills and calls list balnces they gave us a positive responce but they are also waiting for more complaints so please do whatever you can. thanks bye Students living in NRW Germany.
