SKPYE + PHONE ADAPTOR

THere are some USB enable devices which allow me to make calls through my phone using skype but Can anyone tell me ... if there is any phone adator with routet that i can use it with my skype..???? like the other services (Vonage, Joiphone etc.) provide.
