Yea, unfortunately Toktumi is now asking for Credit Card details :( we could have made more accounts before as i can confirm that the accounts made before work!

I confirm Toktumi Free service is over. TOKTUMI is now asking credit card details even for free number signup. 

I hope according to Grand Central Free call to USA and Canada.
