Free VOIP on Nokia N95?

Is there any app out there that'll let me make free voip calls from my N95 to other non wi-fi mobiles and landlines?
I've found lots of apps that that let me call other phones that use the same app and is connected to the internet.
i don't care about the voice quality as long the calls are truly free(no buying credits)and can connect to regular phones.

Yes there is an application called "FRING".
www.fring.com at this site u can get the appl. and it works on both WIFI and NON WIFI phones, but it requires internet connection on the phones.
Through this app. you can connect gtalk,yahoo,msm,skype and other messangers at the same time.
