the austrailian VOIP provider pennytel is offering untimed calls for 28.88 cents(aust.) to many countries until the end of the year including india. very good deal; you can use a softphone so should work from anyplace if you have good internet connection. since the calls are untimed you can talk for hours and only pay the 28.88 cents. deal ends 31 Jan.
it says to sing into account for more details and activation. i do not have a pennytel account so sorry if i missed some conditions.
