I topped up today using the automatic top up option with Voipcheap (first time I have done it this way). The money was added but the freedays were not! I have searched their site for a contact page (prefer email) but can't find it. Does anyone know how I can contact them to rectify this situation or is it a down side to topping up automatically?

Everything was fine until yesterday. My account is about 9 euros in credit and i should have 20 odd free days left. Now it comes up this version of the client is invalid. What,s going on? also make a call and see if that is free. sometimes the display could be wrong but the amount could be correct,. I don't know the contact info for voipcheap
