BetaMax bared my services

Hi guys, I am a new user of this forum. I just want to know if someone has a contact No. for Betamax. I used to use Nonoh and it worked fine for me then they increased the rates so I made a new account on Voipraider. One day I was calling Pakistan and the call dropped. I tried to make the call again and it said 'the other party ended the call because of an unknown error'. i tried Nonoh and it gave me the same error. I asked my friends if they had the same problem but it was the problem only with me. then i tried to make a new account but i couldnt. Luckily I made a new account on Nonoh when i tried to top it up it didnt take the payments and said I dont have this option available. then i used paypal and they refunded my money back. Now i asked a friend of mine to make a new account on voipraider for me. I hardly used 2 dollars from that account and it is blocked again Now i sent this email no. of times to Nonoh and Voipraider but no reply at all. Dear VoipRaider, I had this problem with other accounts that I had. I though it was because of some technical problem. I emailed voipraider but got no reply back. Now I asked my friend to create a new account for me as I was not able to do that. He did it for me and once again Voipraider blocked my account and as I make the call it says 'the other party ended the call because of an unknown reason'. this account of mine has more than 8 US dollars and the other account I have bearing user name ******* holds more than 5 US dollars credit. I dont know whats happening with my money. Please tell me the reason at least the reason for barring my services. I have paid the money I am not using the service for free. I would be much obliged if you can either return the money or Unbar my services. Thanking you,
