AUTO- Dailer - HELP!

Hello guys. I really would like some feedback and help. I'm looking to call my clients from my office and let them know when their next appointment is and at what time. I would like to call my clients and if they answer the pre record message will tell them the message. As well if the voicemail come out they can hear the message. I will record the message everyday so its the correct date they can come, but I would like it to call serveral clients at one time and leave the pre-recorded message. I want to buy the hardware that it has more than 4 lines and as well the system so I can be able to know who got the message and so on. *** I don't want to purchase a software from a company but the hardware because they will keep my customers and spam them we anything offer they have....
