I would like to thank everyone for being a member of Tipsity. We have noticed that there are currently over 500 active members on the forum and we have some ready technology to share adsense revenues with all the members who participate on the forums.

However before taking a decision, I would like to know your views on this idea.

Let me put forward my proposal to you and we can discuss this in more detail.

I hope everyone is aware of how Adsense works, but for starters I will write down a simple explanation.

Google adsense program is run by Google and anyone anywhere in the world can become a member of Google Adsense as long as they have a website/Blog. I will explain more details on how to register for Google Adsense once we finalise this model.

Google adsense is a PPC (Pay per click) program. When you display ads, users click on them and you get paid. In revenue sharing, we will display your ads based on the % of revenue sharing (explained below) and if the user clicks on your ads, you will get paid.

We are designing this revenue sharing program in most flexible way. You will automatically get paid by Google, so all revenue you generate from Tipsity can be seen in your Google account. You will get paid via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) or Check or Western union (available in some countries).

Now lets look at the % of revenue sharing based on your roles on Tipsity.

Remember all members of the forum are treated equally. Elite member do not have any special revenue sharing arrangement.

1) If you share a tip on Tipsity Main website- You will get 50% impressions. So for e.g if your article is viewed 1000 times, you will get 500 impressions. So effectively your ad will be seen by the visitors 500 times, if they click on these ads, you will get paid.

2) If you share a tip on Tipsity Forums,- You will get 25% impressions.

3) If you reply to a Tip on Tipsity main website- You will get 2% impressions

4) If you reply to a tip on tipsity forums- You will get 1% impressions.

Let me know what's your opinion on this, so we can launch this model ASAP.

Thats really interesting and you are gem of a person that you are willing to share the revenue with forum members.  In fact, as owner of the website you should get profited and not us. We are interested muc in free calls to India, etc. :)

Godmode, i sincerely appreciate your offer to share revenues; and as the host of tipsity you surely deserve whatever you can get by placing ads on your site. but i personally participate in this forum and on your blog with a sincere interest of helping others and learning from other. i certainly do not want to change that experience by putting an element of profit in the middle or actively endorsing any product without first hand knowledge of the value of that product myself. so this user will opt out of any revenue share. of course i will continue to contribute with the same motivation as always to help others and possible receive some help in return. thanks for the great forum and the best of luck with your venture. sincerely. anonymous active participant
