yah, there's a lot of scams out there, for sure. NOTHING but nothing beats plain old proper diet and exercise (actually nothing WORKS besides that either!).. I wish society would stop looking for that magic pill ya know?\ TAA

I'm pretty sure that you know what you are talking about here. However, diet should be the top priority for people. They can take pills, use patches and so one, but if they don't stop eating bad foods and start doing excersises it just won't work.

It calls for medium cucumber peeled and sliced, one lemon sliced not peeled, 12 mint leaves

doesn't call for spearment leaves. 1 tsp fresh grated ginger. add to water I prefer gallon to drink more. calls for 2 ltr or 8 1/2 cups. If your gonna go thru trouble to make ....make a gallon and add more ingredients as you drink it down. After day three the leaves look whimpy cucs and lemon and ginger have flavored the water by then real well.

Enjoy.

bye bye water weight and belly flab...

The Sassy water  tasty....It's refreshing and I drained mine after day two or three and add more ingredients it does help with the bloating and I've lost three pounds in a week . The excercise and getting some mufa in meals three times a day and watch protions. The water also curbs your appetitie not to eat as much. Use fresh ginger not the powder for better taste. I use a gallon of water to make mind and drink it all in two days.

As far as the book belly fat diet....its a source of knowledge and has some good recipes in the book. I've tried a few. No magic pill or diet but prevention is a great magizine and the book is worth buying.
