How to use Japanese Morning Banana Diet Recipe at Home

in Japan are going bananas over the Morning Banana Diet . This is so extreme that people can't get bananas to eat now :-)

So Whats this whole hype about Morning Banana Diet. Does this work? is this just another Die Scams like most out there. 

In America, over 60% people in late 30's are fighting with obestity. The numbers are shocking and its estimated that over 150 billions of health insurance claims will be filled for treating obesity in the next 5 years. Imagine this huge market. 

Morning banana Diet is however not a off the shelf product. In simple english, its like drinking room-temperature water and gulping down a banana for breakfast.

So consider you are interested in starting up with Morning Banana Diet Plan. Here are the things you need to do:

1) You start with a banana have as many as you want for breakfast but with warm water. Eat only raw, uncooked, unfrozen bananas. You can't have milk, coffee, yogurt or anything else with it. 
2) Don't have anything until lunch. Control yourself :-)
 3) You have a basic lunch, which can be anything you want even pizza and fries. Avoid fatty bergers if you can.
 4) Then (in mid-afternoon like 3-4 pm) you can have a snack, which can even be a sweet. A fruit will do. 
 5) Then dinner, which can be anything you want. 
 6) It has to be before 8 p.m. Nothing after dinner, including sweets.
 7) Then, you have to go to bed before midnight.

Drink only water

 * The only beverage allowed for almost all your meals is water, it is better if it is mineral or filtered
 * Water must be at room temperature, not chilled, or hot
 * Water should be taken in small sips and must not be used to wash down food
 * There is no quota of water to drink, but you should not drink it excessively
 * On social occasions you may drink beer or wine

Can I exercise or Go to Gym?

Yes you can. Feel free to carry on with your fitness activities which would only contribute to the morning banana diet. However,  Put no pressure on yourself to exercise. Don't stress yourself too much though.

Another fad diet. To lose weight properly there is no substitute for a well balanced nutrionally sound diet. I agree that bananas per se are a very good source of potassium and energy but the old adages "little and often" and "everything in moderation" are probably a much better idea.Was this article sponsored by the Banana Marketing Board?

 I think that the morning banana diet realy work and it make sence also and banana is good for health as it is full of energy it is a good formula to reduce fat.
