Xerox Corp has bought Affiliated Computer Services (NYSE: ACS) for $6.4 billion bid. After the Perot Systems and Dell deal, this is the second largest acquisition bid in the IT sector. ACS shareholders would receive 63.11 per share in cash and Xerox stock
