I bought 500 Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) stocks at $3.88. Citigroup is poised to cross $5 as we move into holiday season. Buy C stock today at $4 or around that and wait for another month for fantastic returns on this stock. Always remember citibank stock is the most actively traded stock, so returns are going to be high on C stock.

Heard that US Government going to let go 33% of taxpayer's stake in C? Is that true?
