Buy C stock Citigroup inc NYSE:C at 4 dollars consolidate position wait for rebound

If you really want to make serious money on Citigroup, then this is the time to Buy C stock at 4 dollars or lower levels. Hold C stock if you currently own any, Wait for November End or December 2009 to realise profits. Citigroup should improve Q4 earnings on holiday sales and increased cash flow/loans activity.
