Southern Colorado National Bank closed down Accounts transferred to Legacy Bank

Federal regulators has forced a shut down of Southern Colorado National Bank. All Personal and business Accounts at SCNB (Southern Colorado National Bank) have been transferred to Legacy Bank of Wiley, Colo., the FDIC said. As of Saturday, SCNB's two branches are operating as Legacy offices.  Legacy Bank(legacybank.com) will pay a premium of 1 percent to assume all of the deposits of SCNB, and will purchase its assets.It might be possible that the existing southern colorarado bank customers will get a online banking access to legacybank.com online banking system.
