If you have a Macy's Credit Card, you can now paybill online at www.macys.com/billpay or macys.com/paymybill
Macys also offers various alternate ways to pay bill online or via phone or at macys store or via mycheckfree.com
1)Pay your bill now with Macy's Quick Pay:Pay your bill today using Macy's Quick Pay. This service allows you to make a single payment on your Macy's or Macy's Visa account. You will need a valid checking account with a U.S. bank to use this service.
2) Pay your bill at a Macy's store: Cash, check, and money order payments are accepted at any Macy's and are posted immediately to your account.
3) Pay your bill on the phone: you can call one of Macy's Star Rewards Specialists at 1-888-431-6229. When you do, please have your Macy's account number and a valid check from your account at a U.S. bank available. They charge fee for this transaction so better check with the customer service office before hanging up.
4) Pay your bill by mail: Remember to include your account number and account type on your check or money order.
5) Macys Paymybill with mycheckFree.com: You can pay your bill online at mycheckfree.com
