When the paper-work arrived the bottom of one page stated 14.99% interest, no 9 months interest-free, and I did not catch it. Complaining to Dell did no good. According to my records the following payments were made by me (the dates are those on my cashed checks): My check # 6350 (10/24/09)---$100.00 ---Balance due $731.79 My check # 6355 (11/23/09)---$100.00 ---Balance due $631.79 My check # 6372 (01/11/10)---$631.79 ---Balance due $ 0.00 I feel that I do not owe Dell a dime, but to end this matter I will pay a small interest amount which by my calculation, using Dell's daily interest works to about $32.00, not the $98.00 that you are now looking for.

this is in anwser to the e mail i got from you .i do not have dfs account i have a bill from dell. i send a payment in today from my checking account . i send it by on line bill pay from my on line from pawtucket credit union . i can not pay you thirty dollars . so i send twenty . i need to talk to some one from customber service to get this straghten out . i can not do this by email . please have some one call me phone no 401 726 8114 . from theresa medeiros
