Barclays Miles & More Master Card

Barclays advertised its new Miles & More Master Card in October of 2008 promising 20,000 miles welcome bomus, 10,000 miles additional bonus and a free companion ticket. Since the additional 10,000 miles were not credited to my Lfthansa Miles and More account and I had NOT received the companion ticket, I wrote to Barclays demanding an explanation. My E-mails dated Feb 17th and 23rd, 2009 remained without response, so did my letters of April 14th, May 9th and June 23rd, 2009 addressed to Customer Services, the management and even Mr. Joe Putzki, COO. Luring customers intoapplying for their credit card by making promises that they don't keep is almost as bad as not reacting AT ALL to a customer's complaint. My next step will be, informing Barclays, London.
