I am so angry with you I could spit!!! I have spent over an hour today and another one yesterday in total frustration trying to reach a human being just to ask to have my payment date changed. When I finally thought I was going to be connected to a human the automated phone said I could not be connected and cut me off!! I have tried your online "services" and all I get is more preprogrammed crap without a single ability to ask for something you don't want to talk about. It's disgusting. No wonder people are leaving your stores. You've changed all your brands and run in cheaper ones. I think Christmas this year is probably the last time we do business with you. That's a shame too, because we've been good customers since the 1950s, even buying appliances from you when you carried them.
Just because it's "modern" doesn't mean it's good for the customer. Have YOU ever tried to get something from your phone or online services that were not programmed? You should try it. You'd be frustrated too.

my name is james a. barnes and i live at 202 gay rd. in seffner fl.
when i took out this loan, the person at the hearing aid office made out the loan form and i told him that i wanted it to be an atomatic with draw,, drawn from my checking account.. the first payment i sent in by check ,in case the forms did'nt reach you in time ..since then i have recivied 4 phone call about being late (from people i could'nt under stand ( from india )i explained every thing to them and i recivied three more calls. them i recived the first letter, about being late, with a late payment charge of $39,99. then i called your outfit and told her the whole story and she said that she would send another form for me to fill out and send it back with another voided check and that as a first courtesy the late charge would be dropped, and now this morning i recived yet another letter from your collection dept,
if this is not straighted out i will speak to my own credit union, to have them secure this loan from you and i will pay them as i wanted to pay you..
