cinco de mayo means 5th of May in spanish or 5 de mayo and its a regional and not an obligatory federal holiday in Mexico. Its not a Mexico's Indepedence day. People wrongly assume it as one.

Cinco De Mayo celebrations are mainly done in state of Puebla. Cinco De Mayo is commonly referred cinco demio, which is a wrong spelling of the festival. Cinco de mayo is often celebrated
as national festival in USA where they also raise Mexican Flag.

I just witnessed a great and bizzare finale of the Biggest loser season 5.

2 hrs of intense drama where contestants get on and off the weighing scale. We anxiously wait for the winner, Biggest loser season 5 winner.

To cut the story short, lets have some finale stats:

* Lynn: Starting weight: 409 pounds. Final weight: 329 pound. Weight lost: 80 pounds. Percentage lost: 19.56%.

Today Jeff Probst discussed during the conference call about  Survivor Ponderosa which will be aired on CBS.

However i heard some confirmed news that Jeff Probst will be replaced on the next season of Survivor by Jason Taylor. I would definately dont want to see Jeff out of Survivor Ponderosa, i think he is the soul of Survivor series.
