VOIP and Telephony

I'm having 2 Linksys Pap2t Device installed in different countries please tell me how to call each other.

Do we have to take some incoming number or is there any way so that we both can call each other for free.

Is there any app out there that'll let me make free voip calls from my N95 to other non wi-fi mobiles and landlines?

I've found lots of apps that that let me call other phones that use the same app and is connected to the internet.

i don't care about the voice quality as long the calls are truly free(no buying credits)and can connect to regular phones.
