HP Pavilion g50 112 nr is extremely popular this black friday 2008 deals, however don't just look at the price factor. Overall HP Pavilion g50 112 nr is not a good deal to go for. Industry experts believe HP Pavilion g50 112 nr is just a garbage stock HP trying to get rid off to push their other pavilion series models later this year.

We highly recommend, HP Pavilion DV7-1130US 17-Inch Laptop comes with 2GHz AMD Turion X2 RM-70 Dual-Core Mobile Processor, 4 GB RAM, 250 GB Hard Drive, DVD Drive, Vista Premium.

Amazon is selling this laptop at only $749 (usual price: $1500. Imagine almost half the original price).  HP Pavilion DV7-1130US is also the hottest selling item on amazon.

Grab HP Pavilion DV7-1130US before the prices go back to $1500 after black friday. This deal is only available for next 72 hours.

Forget HP Pavilion g50 112 nr, amazon just released the biggest deal of laptop ever. HP 2133-KR922UT 8.9-Inch Mini-Note PC is now available at amazon for only $299.

Config: C7-M 1.0 GHz Processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB Flash Drive, Linux

spanspanIt was true. I was there at 5:30AM. They were sold out before the doors were opened. There was a guy walking from the beginning of the line handing out the vouchers for the sale items. At one point, he yells out, “There are NO more laptops!”. Something made me stick around. After a few minutes in the store, some kid was selling his voucher for the HP for $40 bucks. You bet your ass I bought it and it was worth it. Awesome machine and awesome deal!

i agree with the author. HP g50 112 nr is not really a great laptop. If you are just looking for cheap laptop, then why not buy HP 2133. I just ordered this based on this review. Awesome deal $299 really cheap and secondly very powerful has 4 GB ram.

To call the G50-112NR "garbage stock" with no further details does sound awfully suspicious when it's followed by a promo for a laptop that is $400 MORE than the $350 you'd pay for the G50-112NR.  Here's another "scoop": A $2000 laptop is better than either one!  Duh.  90% of customers buy WAY more computer than they need in the first place. For $350 I can buy a laptop every other year, be up to date and STILL save money...

Sometimes reviewers promote specific stores and are rewarded for their deeds.  My guess is that this one gets paid by Amazon.  ???  I could be wrong, but the advice to pay double does seem ridiculous.  For $350, you know what you are getting.  If you just need a computer to get online, email, use office software, etc..   How can you beat it?  If you want to play the latest games, this is not the laptop for you.

Look at your needs and then select the computer that fits your needs.  I'm considering getting a couple of these for my kids.  They surf the net, email, watch You Tube, and play some online games at .com sites.  I just don't see how I can beat $350 for what I need.

Look, I know that the gamer crowd and the tech snobs will turn their noses up at this one, but I don't have hundreds and hundreds of dollars laying around for a top-of-the-line model, even if some guy just out of college thinks I should buy one.  Yes, a higher quality one MAY last longer - but then again, maybe it won't.  Besides, like a previous poster said, if it lasts a couple of years then that's fine.  The tech snobs and gamers won't be hanging on to a laptop that's 4 or 5 years old just because it still runs and they paid a lot of money for it.  They'll want the newest, coolest thing so they can brag about how great their computer is.  Silly and superficial.

This package has been all over the Black Friday sites.

It is a great deal and for your needs Sage, it might be a quality purchase but for longevity the upgraded version might be better.  As the years go by, software gets bigger and more labor intensive on PC's thus having a more advanced unit could mean it is able to handle those larger programs easier than a cheapo unit.

Don't just necessarily buy for today, buy for the future as well.

I agree with the above comment.  For $350 I don't care even if it breaks in a couple years.  This is a lot of computer for the price.

So, your advice to to spend more than double? What's "garbage stock" mean anyway? I've been looking at USED notebooks on ebay and the Black Friday deal on the G50 112 NR looks like a great deal, especially since it's way more computer than my wife is ever gonna use. There's absolutely no reason for me to even consider spending $750 on a more powerful on.
