How to test a SPA 3102?

My VOIP SPA 3012 has stopped working. The phone light is not lit and although there is a dial tone, I can't make calls. Please advise me how to test this unit. It is still under warranty. Thanks, Stuart Leigh. (stuartp77@yahoo.com.au)
