how do I get VoIP,IVR link with incoming and outgoing lines all running on my website?

VoIP,IVR link with incoming and outgoing lines hi, I want to add VoIP and IVR funtionality to my website. Callers should be able to call through an incoming line and have the IVR answer them and based on the keys that they press the call will be redirected/transferred / forwarded through an outgoing line to the waiting customer care or service provider who will be picked randomly from their groups. as soon as the call transfer is successful the call should be dropped. Can you suggest 1. VoIP hosting service providers 2. IVR software i can install on my website and configure to receive and redirect the calls 3.
