actionvoip

I hav registered with actionvoip for making international calls. I cud use it only for 2 days. from the third day, i'am having problems in logging it. When I try to login, I get the message username/password incorrect. I'am sure the same is correct and checked it with the mail sent by actionvoip. Also there is an option to retrieve the password, which dosent work. I hav a balance of Euro 9 in the account which will go waste. Please guide.
