www.direct.gov.uk taxdisc change of address

I want to change address for my tax disc. The www.direct.gov.uk/taxdisc website says, The tax disc and the payment receipt will be sent to the registered keeper's address currently held by DVLA and should arrive in the post within 5 working days. However, i want to change the address now. How can i do that?
