can form 1099g be used in lieu of the form 1099 on the 2009 tax return?

I can pull a 1099G form from the Tennessee website for unemployment benefits. I did not receive the 1099 through the mail possibly due to an address change. Can the 1099g be used to report the income or do I have to have the 1099?
