Should I buy or sell Dell Inc NASDAQ:DELL Stock at Todays Price

Dell today announced that they bought perot systems (NYSE:PER) for $3.9 billion. That means lot of money going away in valuations. I guess this will force Dell stock (NASDAQ:DELL) to tumble today as we already see it plummeting to $15.90. By end of day, I am expecting it to close at $15. Is this a good opportunity for people to buy into DELL now. The shopping season is around the corner and DELL will make good money during that season. The NASDAQ:DELL stock should rebound to $20 post december 2009. Should i buy or sell Dell stock at todays price?
