there are not many details out yet about the possible fraud of Ross H. Mandell, the founder and former chief executive of Sky Capital who are charged with conspiracy and securities fraud about $140M Stock-Manipulation Scheme. Do we have a bernie maddoff in the making? I lost $12000 in bernie madoff scandal and then can only got some tax relief for ponzi scheme. Wondering what this guy ross mandel is upto?
