Dell to buy Perot Systems $3.9 Billion a overvalued deal

In one of the most overvalued deal in the technology sector, Dell has bought Perot systems for $3.9 billion. I am expecting Dell stock (NASDAQ:DELL) to plummet in morning trades on NASDAQ. Expect DELL stock to be in the range of $15-$15.50. Its already down in pre-market trade. But PEROT Systems stock(NASDAQ:PER)will gain today
