is lowes kmart home depot target open on thanksgiving day 2009? Yes, most stores are open today November 26 2009. However, why would you travel to these stores when you can shop online at Amazon. My experience tells me Amazon gives better deals than most retailers like Kmart, Lowes etc. Primarily because they don't have to rent any space to sell items.
