What are PGAD Syndrome Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder Symptoms or persistent sexual arousal syndrome symptoms? Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder means a spontaneous and persistent genital arousal with or without orgasm or genital engorgement but totally unrelated to any feelings of sexual desire. Some doctors refer this syndrome in woman as persistent sexual arousal syndrome. There are unconfirmed reports that drugs such as trazodone may cause PGAD as a side effect.Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder Symptoms: Physical arousal caused by this syndrome can be very intense and persist for extended periods, days or weeks at a time. However any kind of vibration from even mobile phone, can again create an arousal.
