My mother is a disabled senior citizen. She will not participate in her own recovery. She has gone against all the doctor's advi

advice. My family is torn apart. We don't want to take power of attonery; however, she is making herself more sick by not allowing anyone to assist her in her treatment. What can we do about her health and find her a better place to live on a shoe-string budget.
