How soon can these reports become available to me?

I am a member of the Chase credit card protection plan. I requested a copy of my credit reports in May. Unfortunately, I fractured my hip and have been recovering ever since. The credit reports were never sent to me. I would like them sent as soon as possible. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide to me. Joan Bonardi
