i wont to know the status un my refund wal-mart card

i bought a wal-mart preloaded card from wal-mart i tried to go online to activate it but instead i was on the wrong page when i finish it read at the bottom of the page it said that i will be getting a refund within 7-10 business days that not what i wonted but the operator said it was already sent it been 9 days and i wonted to check the status on it
